History
The Detective was born a few years before the time war, and was fighting in Arcadia when the Planet was frozen. he then spent his days (and 3 regenerations) solving any murders or other crimes committed on the planet. he also strives for a way to free their planet from its pocket universe. he spends his free time trying to make contact with the only time lord he knew was outside of the pocket. the Doctor.
